1. Do you sell fancy boxes?
No. They are plain.

2. But what if I want – for instance – a plain blue box?
We can do that. In fact, we can make just about any kind of box you’d like. Click here to request a custom order. We understand that it’s often difficult to put your vision into words, so feel free to sketch out what you’d like, and then attach it to the form. We’ll get back in touch with you shortly with more information.

3. Do I pay for my purchase here?
No. Our website simply takes your order. When you submit your order, one of our representatives will contact you to go over the details to assure that you’re getting exactly what you want. At that time, we’ll ask for your billing information as well.

4. How long will it take to receive my boxes?
Because we manufacture the cartons in-house, most will ship within a few days of your order confirmation. We also have a variety of shipping options that can expedite your request. Custom orders may take a little longer, but we’ll give you an exact timeline when we communicate with you over the phone or email.

5. What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
This happens very rarely. Please understand that if, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with our products and services at any level, we’ll work quickly and responsibly to make things right. Our staff has decades of experience in the custom formed products business, so we understand the importance of quality control at every level.
